We require a non refundable deposit of £150 to secure a date. The remaining balance must be paid no less than 30 days before the event, failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Important - we require access to a wifi internet connection at the venue for our equipment to function correctly. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have this, and any passwords required.
In some circumstances we may be able to run off mobile internet, but depending on signal this can be slow, unreliable and cause the booth not to work properly. We cannot be held responsible for this.
If you wish to cancel this must be made in writing at least 30 days before the event. If cancelled within the 30 days prior, the balance is still due unless we are able to find another customer, in which case we will refund the balance minus the £150 deposit.
We will arrive approximately 1 hour before the booking commences to set up all equipment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct address, adequate access and parking at the venue. Please also provide us with a venue contact number and email address. Please ensure you fill out the booking form accurately, we will not be responsible for missed or delayed arrival due to incorrect information provided.
We require a space at least 6m long, 4m wide and 2.5m height clearance.
You will be liable for any parking costs incurred, as an additional cost and may be invoiced afterwards.
The 3 hour hire time is the amount of time the booth will be open to your guests. This does not include any set up time.
If the start time is delayed due to us being unable to access the venue, or if your event is running late, the hire period will still end at the agreed time on the booking form.
We cannot take any responsibility for road closures or adverse weather on the day. In extreme weather conditions we will advise you beforehand if we can still go ahead with the booking. If we are unable, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
If the camper photo booth breaks down we will try to source a replacement. If we are unable we will refund you the full amount including the deposit.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the camper van by your guests. We reserve the right to invoice you for any losses or damage sustained.
In the event of spillages, or illness, a minimum £100 cleaning charge will be incurred.
Drinking, smoking and eating is not allowed in the camper photo booth.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of belongings left in the camper.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is a result of us failing to deliver the photo booth service, other than the full price of the booking.
In the event of images being corrupt, or the printer is faulty, we will refund 50% of the booking cost.
Please tick the box on the booking form if you do not want any of your photos used in our marketing.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking.
